I was very much planning on being there, but had a conflict in my schedule, please let us know how it goes. I am very happy to see an esoteric event mid year, between esoteric conferences. Have fun!
I am in the same boat as you with a scheduling conflict, but I would very much like to attend. Hopefully it is wildly successful so that the Lodge is encouraged to continue it into the future!
Cross posting this for visibility. I believe a Brother kindly offered to show up at any event VWB Doug Carr was at with an exceptionally large gavel in tow, whilst hiding those suited for normal Lodge operations... Perhaps they will make good on this?
Thank you MW Cameron for posting about this! We are excited to have this Symposium on Saturday, 6/21 and you are right, the speaker line up is fantastic. It is not to late to register (see flyer Cameron posted). The cutoff for registering for in person is Wednesday, June 6/18. $50pp paid ahead through PayPal and this includes the Table Lodge dinner. Cutoff for virtual registration will go until Friday.
BTW, Verity Lodge No. 59 is going to have a Masonic evening on Friday, 6/20 for those who are in the area, PD Newman and Jamie Paul Lamb are going to do a joint presentation Friday. Casual Dinner at 6:30pm, Masonic presentation at 7:30pm. This is not a tyled event or Stated meeting but it will be for Masons only.
For any bretheren that are close by, on Tuesday June 17th the City of Kent will be reading a proclamation for Verity Lodge No. 59 to celebrate its 135th year. The council meeting begins promptly at 7:00 pm. We would love to have a large showing of masons at this event. If it is within your cable tow to attend the address is 220 4th Ave. S., Kent, WA 98032.
Just one more way of getting ourselves out into the community and showing that we are still here and still relevant. Considering how many of the founders of Kent were part of Verity we are really intertwimed.

Sounds great! Thanks for letting us know about this event. I’ll see if I can go, and bring some of the newer Brothers with me.
It really should be superb, those are some mighty interesting speakers!

Sounds like a plan!

No worries VW Brother! It is awesome that Verity is doing this, and I'm pleased to support it however I am able!
I'm just sorry that I won't be able to attend.
