No, we don't have restrictions of any kind. Variety is the spice of life as the old saying goes. Last year I did Santa Maria style Tri-Tip which is quite far from what one would usually see at the BBQ Competition.
Whatever you guys decide to do, I know it will be amazing, as your food always is!

Don't have exact times worked out yet, will get that info out soon.
But, I can say...
We will start cooking in the morning, have simple bbq lunch, and the bbq contest foods served at dinner time. So ya can come early and stay late!
WM Cameron, is there a rule regarding what kind of meat? The Abou-Zaki’s will be competing this year.
