MW Brother, I think you might be trying to get me in trouble. I have been barking up this tree for a minute and the little lady said we needed something big enough for us, and the dog, who I sometimes suspect is a horse in disguise based on his dietary needs…

That does sound like a blast though I think we will have to get a van or similar based on her concerns. I do think all the camping trips would be an awesome idea and I do enjoy the great outdoors…

I look forward to future convoys and will happily settle for attending with a car mattress and the windup toy until we find the right van.

I hope y’all have a safe trip and I look forward to catching up when you get back!

Brother,

Maybe the dog could sleep inside the tiny trailer, all nice and comfy, while you and the lady could sleep on the nearby picnic table? I know that our Coop Dog would have been quite satisfied with such an arrangement!

MW as much as I am ready to jump on board. The one issue I see is that I am 6 foot 5. When I clicked the link it did give me a link to a free awning if I purchased so that would help. And it might look a little funny being towed by my Silverado. Let’s keep looking, I’m sure we can find a middle ground.

W Brother,

I think at 6.5, you'll just fit! Might not be able to wiggle your toes, but I think they will fit inside!

And heck, I'll bet it would look great behind your Silverado! Mine is just a touch bigger at 7'X4' and it looks superb behind the Chevy! I'm sure of it!

MWPGM Bailey, for me, the open shelters around a stone fireplace at Masonic Family Park near Granite Falls were made for me. A cot and a sleeping bag, and a walk to the lavatory hut were "made in the shade"!

I could see that, a good cot is a great thing! Especially one of those fancy cots with the anti mosquito tent over the top!

Now, if you just figure out how to put wheels and a trailer hitch on that cot, you could join the tiny trailer revolution, and of course the Convoy!
