When I returned from Milwaukee I found that the latest ‘bonus book’ from the Scottish Rite Research Society had arrived.
It is a reprint of the 1932 book titled The Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite Of Freemasonry by Charles Sumner Lobinger.
I have long told anyone who will listen that a membership in the Scottish Rite Research Society is the very best value in all of Freemasonry. Membership includes the excellent Heredom (a book of Masonic essays published each year), a ‘bonus book’ of historical importance each year, and a quarterly newsletter consisting of a single in depth essay.
This is a superb way to learn about our Craft.
Membership is $55 per year, and one does not need to be a Scottish Rite Mason to join.
